This Study Program obtained Excellent or Unggul Accreditation from the Independent Accreditation Institute of Engineering (LAM Teknik) in 2022.

The Master of Industrial Engineering Studi Program UNS Solo moved quickly by exploring the potential for credit transfers and thesis work with Lawrence Technological University, Michigan, USA.
Head of the Master of Industrial Engineering Program UNS, Eko Pujiyanto, held discussions to explore the potential for collaboration with Ahad Ali as the Program Director of the Master of Science Industrial Engineering at Lawrence Technological University, Michigan, USA.
The discussions were held between fulfilling an invitation as an invited speaker at the First Australian International Conference on Industrial Engineering and Operations Management in Sydney, Australia, Tuesday-Thursday (20-22/12/2022). This occasion was also attended by the Deputy of the Quality Assurance of the Master of Industrial Engineering Program, M. Hisjam, and Pringgo Widyo Laksono.

The main agenda of the event was to hold discussions and explore the potential for credit transfers and thesis work with the Master of Science in Industrial Engineering at Lawrence Technological University. On this occasion, Eko Pujiyanto presented the curriculum of the Master of Industrial Engineering Study Program UNS.
Program Director of the Master of Science Industrial Engineering at Lawrence Technological University, Michigan, USA, Ahad Ali, appreciated the curriculum, which aligns with Industry 4.0.
Ahad Ali offers credit transfer for two elective courses in semester III to add international insight to students of the Master of Industrial Engineering Program. The courses include Lean Manufacturing Systems, Engineering Systems Simulation, and Six Sigma Processes.
This activity also allows students to work on a thesis for one semester at Lawrence Technological University, Michigan, USA, with one of their supervisors. “This program is expected to boost the potential of students Master of Industrial Engineering Program to compete at the global level,” said Eko Pujiyanto.
Eko Pujiyanto received an award in terms of developing the Master of Industrial Engineering curriculum from the Industrial Engineering and Operations Management Global Society.

The award was given for his efforts to develop a curriculum for the Master of Industrial Engineering Program UNS Solo and international cooperation in the field of education.
